October Connection Call: Mindful Hand of Self-Care

Today I discuss how to use the Mindful Hand of Self-Care framework to support you staying healthy and centered while traveling. I share how I used this framework on my recent 3 week travel excursion to the east coast. This framework helps create focus for how I can lean into caring for myself when on the road and I am in new places and spaces.

Reflection Questions:

  1. How do you see the Mindful Hand of Self-Care can support you while traveling?

  2. Which pillars (or finger) do you feel you need the most support with while on the road?

  3. What are you open to trying the next time you travel?
