Evening Wind-Down Movement (plus mini meditation)

Wind-down from your day with 21 minutes of restorative stretches and movement plus 3 minutes of a guided meditation practice. During this practice, we will set the mood for relaxation so that you can have a dreamy nights sleep and relax the nervous system.
