WFH Cardio Burst

9 minute mid-day cardio burst to get your heart rate and energy up during your work day. You might break a light sweat here, but I promise it is worth it. You will feel your whole body awake and strong.

Materials:

  • Yourself

  • Your “work station” (ie a chair, couch, desk, counter top etc)
