Pilates Magic Circle Flow

Magic circle work is some of my favorite! The resistance and the strength that the magic circle feedback creates feels so good in the body! Here is a great magic circle if you are looking to add one to your repertoire

Materials:

  • Mat

  • Magic Circle (if you don’t have one you can use a pillow or ball.)
