15-minute guided walking meditation to settle the mind and nervous system. During this practice, for the first 9-minutes I guide you through a more formal walking meditation practice that you can do outside on the grass (shoes on or off) or in your living room (shoes on or off). The last 6-minutes of this practice are designed to let you follow your instincts and mindfully explore your space.
I personally love practicing walking meditation when I notice resistance with “sitting on my pillow” for my meditation practice. It is a great practice that helps me feel more connected to my body, nature and what’s going on in my mind.
