This 14-minute flow focuses on core strength. The foam roller challenges our stability and supports us digging deeper to build a stronger mind to muscle connection. This is a great practice in building trust with ourself and connecting to our deeper center.
If you don’t have a roller, no problem. You can modify the exercises and follow my cues.
