We tend to be our biggest enemy when in fact we get to be our best friend. Take 3 minutes to dance, move, breathe, let the ego go, let your heart open, release any thoughts of self-doubt or criticism and send love to each of your cells.
There are no rules of how to do this “right.” No one is watching. Take up as much space as possible. Jump, scream, make any noise and give yourself permission to be felt and fully acknowledged.
