Pumpkin time is here! This recipe can be a great dessert, snack or breakfast.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 cup coconut milk (or any other milk or non dairy milk)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
Directions:
Mix everything in a jar or container you can close. Stir evenly and place in the fridge over night or at least 4 hours until the chia seeds expand.
