Flexibility Flow with Foam Roller

This 22-minute foam rolling session helps release tension in the body so that you can feel more open and ready for whatever is next (physically, mentally and emotionally). This is a great practice to do in the morning to help wake the body up, after cardio or even before bed as a wind-down. You can also pair this flow with a 15-minute Flexibility and Strength Flow.
