This 19-minute mindful movement flow focuses on shifting your energy and mood by strengthening and lengthening your lower body and core. Notice how giving yourself less than 20-minutes can support you feeling more joyful and energized.

This flow might be challenging for some so feel free to modify by doing less reps or keeping your hips on the ground.
