Reflection Prompts: Dream-Storming

Answer all or one of the prompts below. See where your mind and heart will take you if you let yourself write without a filter. Try to keep your hands moving the whole time. It doesn't matter if you miss spell words or create a sentence that doesn't make sense. Give yourself permission to find your breath, find freedom and awakening in your reflection.

  1. If you were to write a letter to yourself at the end of this year, reflecting back on the year, what would you celebrate? What are all of the experiences you had (small and big) that you are so grateful for?

  2. When you pause to slow down, what does your heart want this next year? What’s yearning to be expressed?

  3. What lights up your soul and want do you want to give yourself permission for this next year? (You got this! Anything goes! )

  4. What do you do that supports you feeling like your best self? What gets in the way? What do you want to try differently this next year?

  5. If you are looking for a partner this next year, what qualities of a person are you looking for? Describe who you think your ideal human is. What would you feel like while you are around them? What parts of your personality would they support shinning bright?

  6. What ways do you want to grow and expand in your career this next year? What impact do you want to have?

  7. What beliefs are you holding on to that are not serving you anymore?
