Day 1

33- minute whole body flow to help you feel alive and strong.

day 2

15-minute flow to move and strengthen your whole body.

day 3

24-minute classical pilates using the wall for spinal strength and flexibility.

Day 4

30-minute Yogalates flow to stretch and strengthen the body.

day 5

34-minute practice to create flow and flexibility in the mind and body.

Day 6

Strengthen the booty in a 20-minute targeted practice.

Day 7

22- minute full body flow to feel reset and restored.
