Hi, I’m Wade!

I'm a certified Mindfulness Teacher and Leadership Coach who supports busy professionals manage the stress and overwhelm of life through daily #MindfulMoments so that they can feel more present, productive and empowered. When people are present they are happier, healthier and live with more intention.

I am a cancer survivor and thriver. I took my experience of battling cancer and losing my mother at the same time as a wake-up call to the preciousness of our one mind, one body and one life. During this time period, I learned foundational holistic tools to help me manage anxiety and overwhelm so that I could live from my authentic center.

Through my own healing journey and training as a Professional Certified Coach, Meditation Teacher through the UCLA Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior, Pilates Instructor, and foodie enthusiast I am honored to support you navigating the chaos and demands of life with more ease and intention.
